Our Returns Policy
We get it! Sometimes, you will buy something thinking it will work for you, but it doesn’t. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
Conditions for return of merchandise
There is proof of purchase (i.e. receipt/ transaction reference number)
The merchandise is in its original condition i.e. (Unworn/unused and unwashed, with all tickets and labels attached)
The merchandise is returned within 14 days of purchase
Defective Merchandise
The defect is as a result of an established quality issue (e.g. as a result of poor stitching/finishing, fabric defects - colour runs, printing defects etc).
The defects are not as a result of excessive wear, negligence or non-adherence to cleaning instructions on the garment label, and that the garments were used for the intended purpose.
The merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase
Items purchased during a Sale or Promotion
Vivo will NOT issue refunds against items purchased during a Sale.
A customer may however return items in exchange for any other item of similar or greater value (in which case the customer can top up the difference) during the period of the Sale.
After the sale period has ended, no returns or exchanges on Sale items will be allowed.
Items purchased as part of a bundled offer (e.g. buy 1 Get 1 Free, Take 2 for xx price) must all be returned together for exchange or refund.
The order receipt can only be used only once for exchanging a product
